I'm officially ready to jump on the clean eating bandwagon. Now that I'm done breastfeeding the little Man, I am more focused on getting my body back. That being said, I should probably fess up that I'm addicted to carbs, in the form of white rice, and sugar. I know that this reformation of my diet will not be easy, and I fully expect to break down on day 3 and eat some Rasinetts. But that's okay, I'm not striving for perfection just a slow overhaul of my bad eating habits. As I'm not completely aware of what clean eating entails, I had to do a little reading. And it turns out that I was already eating some of the right stuff, yay me. So here's to eating better, and the first step to loosing the baby weight.
