This weekend was truly bitter sweet. We found out one of my parent's best friends and her two daughters were on the Malaysian Airlines flight 370 that disappeared. I remember my heart dropping when we saw their names on that passenger manifest. My heart goes out to her husband and their other two daughters. I fondly remember summers in Florida with their family, and trips full of laughter. To all the loved ones of MH370, you are in my thoughts and prayers. With the help of our friends and family we celebrated the little Man's jungle safari themed first birthday. He was pretty excited to tear into his smash cake. It was such a special moment and I hope he looks back on it fondly.
