Oscar's Best Dressed

I am in love with some of the stunning gowns that graced the red carpet last night.  Loving the trend of  column dresses with a slight train.  Some of my favorite looks were Jenna Dewan-Tatum, she is rocking that bump, and Amy Adams in that voluminous Oscar de la Renta.

Happy Monday lovelies!  I hope you had a great weekend.  I'm still rocking the blowout I received at Blowtique this weekend, as part of our mommies-to-be date.  I can't say enough amazing things about this place, and at just $35 a blow out, looking gorgeous is so affordable.  Speaking of looking gorgeous, here are my favorite looks from last night's SAG awards & Jessica Alba's Elie Saab number from the Producers Guild Awards the night before:

Monday, Monday

I hope you lovelies had a wonderful weekend.  We had a delicious weekend with new and old favorites, starting with Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder, I have 2 words for you: Mediterranean bread.  And on Saturday we dined at Balena, a new favorite, everything we tried was delicious, especially their mushroom bruschetta and all their desserts!  And finally, no prepping for Baby weekend would be complete without a trip to IKEA.  4 hours later and a 32 page manual completed, we have a day bed.  I'm excited that the nursery is coming together, not so excited that I missed the Golden Globes, I heard Amy & Tina killed it, rest assured I'll be huluing it later.  Here are my favorite red carpet looks from last night's Golden Globes.  Happy Monday!

A Look At Oscar's Past

This weekend is Hollywood's biggest night, the Academy Awards.  And of course my favorite part about any award show is the red carpet.  When stars waltz down the red carpet in glamorous  gowns and shine in a mix of gold and diamonds.  In anticipation of Sunday's Oscar night, here's a look back at Hollywood's golden age.

Emmys Recap

The 63rd Emmy's were on last night, and there were some surprise winners and good laughs.  But let's face it the reason I watch award shows are to see what every one's wearing.  Red was all over the red carpet this year.

Cutest Emmy moment:  The Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, where the nominees ran on stage and impersonated their favorite beauty pageant moments.  Melissa McCarthy won, but did anyone notice Tina Fey.  She looks amazing considering she just gave birth 5 weeks ago!

Favorite Jane Lynch Skit:  Jane goes Jersey.
