Monday, Monday: Pretty Little Things

Hope everyone had an eventful weekend.  We watched Safe House, a little late I know, but it was so entertaining, and of course the eye candy (read: Ryan Reynolds) didn't hurt.  And we were at the Bulls game this past Saturday when Loul Deng, scored the winning 2pointer with less than a second left on the shot clock, so glad we stayed for OT.  And we'll be sharing the Tiffany's themed bridal shower on rivernorthLove tomorrow.   In the meantime, here are some pretty little things in sea-foam green on my wishlist ...Happy Monday!

Coveting... Marissa Webb's closet

I am a huge JCrew fan.  I would live out of their catalogs if possible, and I think a huge part of that is their amazing design and style team.  So it goes without saying that I have a huge girl crush on Marissa Webb and her fabulous closet!  Marissa Webb, was the former head of Women's Design at JCrew and her style is impeccable.  She's always feminine and stylish, who doesn't love that combination?

 How to create your own fish-tail braid:
1. Brush your hair thoroughly before you begin to remove all tangles.
2. Gather hair at back of neck and separate into 2 equal strands.
3. Take a small strand from the underside of left strand pull it under and round the left strand and combine it with the right strand.
4. Take a small strand from the underside of right strand pull it under and round the right strand and combine it with the left strand.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you reach the end of your hair then secure with an elastic band. For a more relaxed and messy look pull at the braid to loosen the braid.
