This weekend we celebrated the Mister's thirtieth birthday (& the little Man's 5 month birthday) with brunch at the Trencherman before he headed out to Lolla. The Mother's Milk at Trencherman is my new favorite summer cocktail, who knew you could carbonate vodka, it was refreshingly delicious. Speaking of delicious, I made the mister a yummy birthday cake in the shape of a 3 and a 0, hopefully I'll get a tutorial up here soon. And in other exciting baby news, my cousin had her little Man last week, welcome to the world baby Max, I can't wait to spoil you. Hope you lovelies had a wonderful weekend!

Champagne & PJ 30th Birthday Bash
I spent my 30th with the Mister and the next day with my girlfriends. Being preggers I wanted to do something fun and different this year, thus I decided on a champagne (or in my case sparkling grape juice) and pj slumber party. We ordered in delicious Thai food, watched Pitch Perfect, drank champagne, pigged out on chocolate cake & junk food, and had plenty of girl time. In other words it was perfection.

Friday Favs
Happy Friday lovelies! It's the last Friday of 2012! Hope everyone is having another wonderfully festive weekend ahead, and amazing things planned for NYE. I turned the big 3-0 yesterday, not as scary as I had anticipated, and was thoroughly spoiled by the mister. I love not working on my birthday and spending a day just celebrating with the Mister. And tonight I'll be celebrating with some lovely ladies with champagne, pjs, junk food, and a slumber party. Have a great weekend!

30 Random Acts of Kindness
As you may remember last year, I attempted to complete 29 Random Act of Kindness. I got close I think I ended up completing 23 acts. So this year I'm going big or going broke, and attempting 30 Random Acts of Kindness (30 because I'm turning thirty at the end of December). Why random acts of kindness, well why not, as the saying goes: no one has gone broke from giving. And I am blessed beyond measure, so it's just a little something I can do to give back, and doing it during the holidays just makes it more fun. It's also one of the items on my 30 by Thirty bucket list.
